"Jay Young refused to cancel our policy after the second request and made it where we can’t cancel autopay. This person’s rude personality is the main reason we left. buyer beware."
"Hi John, your policy was cancelled effective the date you requested via email. We responded to your email the same day you originally contacted our office but unfortunately per your follow-up email it seems that you did not receive our initial response. We followed-up with a text and a phone call to confirm you received our second correspondence disclosing the policies would be cancelled and autopay suspended. We also ensured to suspend your autopay prior to your due date which prevented the account from being drafted. Therefore, the autopay payment was never processed. This was all done free of will to honor your original request prior to our office seeing this review. We extend our sincerest apology for your experience with the customer service representative you spoke with that left a rude impression. Rudeness or unprofessionalism is not tolerated in this agency and is unacceptable. We can confirm the representative you spoke with was not Jay Young, Owner of this agency. Thank you for allowing us to meet your insurance needs during your time with our agency. "
